This is a two-part in which the first(attached) has to be filled out and only has to be 2-3 pages. The second part is the actual paper in which it is 5-8 pages with works cited. The paper is on "ancient Rome and the role of the Senate in the time of war and how it was able to dictate war and what differences to when the Caesars ruled and how they dictated war". So, it is basically the difference of waging war with the Roman Senate and Caesars of Rome thru the years.
