The topic I chose was RN Education/Certification. In my short experience as a nurse, I have worked in five different hospitals. Two of them as a regular employee and three as a travel nurse and/or Per Diem staff. All of the hospitals I have worked at have policies on continuing education. This is very important because it keeps nurses trained and refreshed on policies and procedures that are necessary to perform our duties on a daily basis.
