Look inside yourself and determine what interpersonal skills you may need to work on to become a good Business Analyst.
What would you do differently to make the process easier for the other person in the conversation? For example, did you give them your full attention?
Eliminate any cultural concerns before, during, and after the solution has been introduced and rolled out.
Describe the processes, training, job aids, and town hall meetings available to address those affected.
For the town hall meetings, provide a list of support personnel that will be there to answer any questions.
At town hall meeting and through emails, describe the performance measures that are being used to determine the success of the solution.

What organizations promote the industry
Who are your customers
What type of information would impact the success of your project
