Description
You are an External Auditor for WeRAudits, an international registrar for companies certified to ISO 9000. Since your co-worker Tammy’s recent “forced departure”, you have been very busy getting caught up on the backlog. You have been assigned your next task which is to do a Certification audit for Dave’s Toxic Waste Removal and Tree Planting Company (a subsidiary of Dave’s Welding Products and Stuffed Animals Company). They are currently certified to ISO 9001:2015 and your job will be to assess the company to decide whether they should be re-certified this year.
Coming to their site, you performed the audit over several days by conducting interviews at all levels, looking through their systems, checking against the standards and their policies and procedures and have come up with the following observations:

2. When interviewed, you found 5 out of 10 of employees were familiar with the company Quality Policy and could say how their work affected the quality management system
