Introduction
This assignment consists of questions based on the material covered in lecture 7, "Transcriptomics". The questions should be answered in a written report and submitted on the course website before the submission deadline of 2 June (up to 1 minute before midnight). You should use the report template distributed with the assignment ("Assignment5_Report_template.docx"). The maximum score for the assignment is 20 and the grading scheme is as follows:
Please note that the assignment must be solved by each student individually and independently, since this is part of the examination for the course. It is not allowed to cooperate with other students or copy text from other sources when you answer the questions. Any undue actions will be reported to the Disciplinary Committee.
Regarding clarity of your answers: For every question that contains a task to perform, the answer must provide sufficient information so that we can reproduce your analysis to check that we get the same result.
