This course investigates how basic beliefs -- about the world, personal identity, and right and wrong -- guide your management of self and co-workers. Recognizing their image of the ideal human being enables leaders to understand and manage themselves, and others around them. Course materials, discussions, and assignments explore the social/cultural context of management, so students become selfaware. The result is a new way of thinking about leading others in daily work.
