1.)  Based on the video I made regarding the current members of the Supreme Court, what do you believe are the major debates and concerns regarding the Supreme Court and how problematic are these concerns, particularly regarding the issue of partisanship (or bias) of the justices.  Explain your response. 

2.)  What do you see as the pros and cons of the fact that Supreme Court justices have life-time terms and the fact that they are NOT elected by the people?  Do you think the Court would be improved if we instituted some term limits on the justices?  Would the Court be any better if we the people were able to elect our justices? Explain your response.
