Quiz 2 in GEOG 111
This quiz has 12 questions for a
total of 100 points. This quiz is worth 10% of your final grade. You have 12
hours to complete the exam. You must submit your exam to Blackboard
“Assignments” by 10pm on December 10th. Late submissions may be
deducted points.
You are allowed to use your notes
and other materials from the class. You are NOT allowed to Google/search the
internet for answers to the questions, or work with your fellow classmates. You
are NOT allowed to copy/paste (i.e. plagiarize) anything from our lectures,
reading material, activity sheets, etc.
There is a mix of true/false
questions, multiple choice questions, short-answer questions, and one brief
essay. You can use as much space as you need to write/type your answers but do
not feel that you need to write extensive amounts for each question;
short-answer questions can often be answered by writing just one paragraph. The
short-answer and brief essay questions should be using your own
words/thoughts/opinions and should not be plagiarized from content presented
elsewhere in the class or online. I cannot emphasize this point enough – DO NOT
PLAGIARIZE. For UFV guidance (and consequences) for plagiarism, please click here.
