This section presents your reasons for undertaking a project to develop an
eshop for an organisation selling bicycles. This project will give you an
opportunity to develop your web programming skills but you will also have to
think about the design of the website - customers will need to be able to
browse a catalogue of bicylces as well as search for one meeting their
specific requirements.
You have a real client so this will help focus on a clear
set of requirements,
You provide a clear list of specific aims and objectives of the project. You
briefly discuss the findings of your research and cite a small number of
references. In your final report you should cite further references from the
main text of your report explaining how they have influenced your work.
This section reviews the development work carried out so far. You provide a
clear Use Case Diagram, In your final report you should present a database
design and you may wish to provide wireframe prototypes to plan the user
interface. You will also need to critically evaluate your design activities
commenting how they have contributed to the overall success of your project.
