This will constitute your first reasonably focused writing. It is not expected to be perfect, but do your best to complete one page of prose, including some manner of dialogue exchange between/among characters (the selected passages can be taken from any section of your story, if you like; however, ideally, the passages should be taken from the first page or two.) All elements thus far discussed should be applied to this submission, if possible: characterization, plot, consistent point of view, and descriptive writing, with an emphasis on dialogue. Please compose the paper in Microsoft Word and adhere to proper MLA guidelines (proper spacing, header, indents, etc.; take pride in its aesthetics!)
