As we will have discussed, the plaintiffs say get government out of the business protection business and let the market function or should the courtroom control business’s bad behavior ? On the other hand, organizations like ATRA want the government to protect them from lawsuits but leave them alone regarding regulation. Each side has very important points. What are your views?
