Did you miss anything in the conversation due to visually referenced words (here, there, this, that)? How did you know who was talking? Spend 10 minutes (seated) under blindfold in a crowded and/or noisy environment Discuss your experience including your ability to pay attention, directionality of voices and sounds, how you initiate a conversation. Based on both Experiences: Discuss how a visual impairment can impact social interactions between students. Include perspectives from both a person who is sighted and a person who is visually impaired. Include ideas for supporting students with visual impairments in this area within an inclusive setting.
