Include a history of the problem and an identification of the organisational stakeholders affected. Be sure to identify the organisational objectives or strategies that are impacted by this problem. Consider discussing this with company management (or others with knowledge of the situation), or reviewing the company Web site or other resources for insight. If you are not able to verify an organisational strategy, discuss the problem in terms of your interpretation of the organisation’s strategy. State your objectives for the feasibility study and its proposed solution. For example, your final feasibility study may propose steps to enable a resolution to the problem, to minimise its adverse impacts on the organisation, or to create a new opportunity for the organisation. These objectives will ultimately become part of the Executive Summary section of your feasibility study
