1. Using a spreadsheet, create a document in the following format. The marks for each subject have to be randomly generated in the range 0 to 100.
All the statistics need to be worked out using appropriate functions in MS Excel.
a) Generate the data required in the table for 50 students in a class and calculate the following:
i. Total and average marks secured by each student.
ii. Average marks secured in each subject and standard deviation.
iii. No. of students securing < 40 marks in each subject.
iv. No. of students securing > 85 marks in each subject.
v. Using absolute grading policy for all subjects, find the SGPA of each student
assuming three credits for each subject
b) Also, plot the following (provide suitable headings and legends):
i. Draw a histogram of grades secured in each subject.
ii. Draw a pie chart for SGPA to show the number of students in the interval of 2
from 0 to 10
