Using VB.NET, Build an application of your choice either Console, Windows, Web Forms, or MVC. Create a lottery application that generates power ball numbers. Have the user enter their name and date of birth (month and year). From some of the information that they provide create random numbers and send the results back to the user. Be creative with the application and feel free to add anything you like to it
