Project Group Analysis Paper (60 pts) Each student will submit a 7-9 page paper describing, analyzing and assessing the group’s dynamics according to the following criteria: strengths and weaknesses of the group stages of the group’s development goals norms leadership decision making conflicts and how they were resolved or managed communication roles different people played in the process This paper will also include the following personal assessments: the student’s role(s) during group activities and during the creation, development and presentation of the group’s final project an assessment of the student’s role(s) in other groups (current and past) insights into the student’s behavior as a group member and group leader how the student will apply these learnings to his/her behavior in other groups (current and future)
