Description
Three colleagues from the former Victorian State Electricity Commission established a company named Sustainable Energy in 1994 with the aim of reducing the energy consumption patterns for companies by using alternative and efficient methods of energy production. The case focuses on giving a brief overview and structure of the company and to find relevant issues in the company in terms of management, so as to remove any discrepancies in the smooth working of the company.
