 Introduction:

Reflective practice is an ongoing learning process and an integral part of professional development. Reflective practice involves taking time to think back about a situation, identifying the facts of a situation, exploring reasons, understanding a situation in different ways, exploring possible ways to make changes, and creating future plans. This process is also an integral part of your learning, as well as my own learning about your experiences with the course.

Assignment Objectives:

In this assignment, you will have the opportunity to:

·         Reflect on your learning in this course,

·         Identify the challenges,

·         improve your skills in giving opinions and think critically,

·         find out the ways to solve the problem

 

Reflection Guidelines:

Keeping the learning in this course in mind, review the following prompts and write a concise two-page maximum (double-spaced) reflection on the major learning experience during this course.

Some areas of reflection:

  1. What is your opinion about this distance learning mode?
  2. Identify 2 skills that you learned from this course and explain how you can transfer this learning into your practical and professional life.
  3. Identify 2 challenges and explain how you overcame them.
  4. Evaluate your performance in this course and reflect on what you could have done differently to improve your grade one level up.
  5. Give 2 recommendations on how the course component and the delivery of this course could be improved.

Don’t just write some general statements to answer the questions, provide specific example to support your arguments.
