Why is RAID very popular in a server environment?  What are the benefits of having RAID?  The course materials do not cover RAID 50.  What is RAID 50?  How do you configure that?  Two other types of RAID not covered are RAID 0+1 and RAID 1+0.  What are the differences between these two?  Would you recommend using any of these three types of RAID?
