of the Execution Phase of your group project. At the end of Week 7, you find
yourself ahead of schedule by a week. You have spent $37,500 of your project
funds where you had expected to spend $34,000. You have a team member who has
been ill for the past 4 days and you are unsure when they will return to work,
however their work is not set to begin until Week 11. Additionally, a key
vendor is rumoured to be facing financial difficulties, although they assure
you that it is business as usual. One of your stakeholders has brought this
financial concern to your attention.
