Part 1 of the deliverable: Business Case: What does Maersk need? (This is a significant part of the deliverable. See rubric for guidance.)
Part 2 of the deliverable: The SWOT analysis must refer to Maersk's purpose Purpose, Vision, Values, and Mission Statement as partially described in the Business Week article. (See Figure 2-4 and Maersk's website to gather the information required) Please provide a few sentences to sum up their purpose, vision, values, and mission statement. (This provides some context for the rest of the analysis.)
Part 3 of the deliverable: The SWOT analysis diagram must provide complete coverage of all four elements (at least 3 strengths, 3 weaknesses, 3 opportunities, 3 threats). Thee should be at least 12 bullet points with enough words in each that they adequately describe their S/w/o/t. Example bullet: "Strength - Maersk is very large, helping it survive if there is a downturn."
Part 4 of the deliverable: Information Systems projects are normally associated with improvements summarized as "Better, Faster, Cheaper." Which of these does the Triple-E provide (Better? Faster? Cheaper?) Your answer may include one, two, or all three. Justify your answer. Keep it to no more than two sentences for each, for a total of no more than six sentences. Include a sentence for each answer the team rejected. (E.g. "The Triple-E does not provide _____, because....)
Part 5 of the deliverable. High quality software normally displays modularity. Describe at least two of the modular features of Triple-E construction. Each feature requires at least a sentence of description.
