Use the excel spreadsheet attached and Create One Histogram or Run Chart with all the information on it using the attached Spreadsheet and Write an Executive Summary based on your interpretation of the information. A reminder that the target percentage for each category should be 90%. Your Executive Summary should contain an introduction, summary, and recommendation. The executive summary should be 1 to 3 pages but can be longer if desired. An example is provided for guidance.
