Assignment Introduction:
You are employed as a network engineer for George & Co Inc. an expanding SME moving to a new warehouse. The new warehouse will consist of the company HQ and two interconnected satellite offices, each of them needing a LAN. The main IT and communications infrastructure will be located within the headquarters and includes most shared network resources.
The company wants to use LAN technology to connect all end systems within each building and WAN technology to connect the buildings to the headquarters site, ensuring that all traffic is secure and easy to manage.
You are required to design and a plan a corporate network based on estimated business traffic and technical requirements, identifying and selecting appropriate network hardware and topologies.
