Final Project (General Specifications)
Overview
You will be completing and handing in either 1) the default final project (docsim.py) or 2) a
custom project of your own design. This document summarizes the hand-in requirements that
are common to both of these final project options, as well as the specific implementation details
for the default vs. custom final projects (subsequent sections).
Canvas Hand-in
You will hand in a SINGLE ARCHIVE containing multiple files via Canvas. The archive can be in
either ZIP, TAR, or TAR.GZ format. Contact one of the instructors if you have trouble producing
such an archive. A typical archive will contain up to four types of files:
1. A README.txt file (required for all projects)
2. Your Python script (required for all projects)
3. Sample input (will vary by project)
4. Sample output (will vary by project)
