Your case analysis should be double-spaced with all the pages numbered, divided into four main sections - Introduction, Problem definition/Issue, Analysis, and Recommendation. The introduction provides a brief overview of the facts of the case. It should not be more than four sentences or five sentences. Because the introduction by itself does not require any serious intellectual effort, I do not give any points for this section. Problem definition/Issue: The problem definition section is one of the most important parts of the analysis. An incorrectly defined problem is bound to give a wrong solution. As observed by John Dewey, a problem that is correctly defined is half solved. I encourage you to spend a lot of time and efforts on this section of your analysis. Your definition must be specific and precise and should not be more than one sentence. Please make every effort to express the problem in your own words without sacrificing accuracy. Because of the importance of this section to your subsequent analysis it is relatively heavily weighted in your evaluations
